Matt is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 18 years of experience, advising clients on all aspects of commercial property throughout Cornwall and across the South West.
Matt was formerly a partner in one of Cornwall’s leading commercial property advisory firms, and set up his own practice in 2020. He graduated from Birmingham University in 2002, and was born and educated in Cornwall.
Matt loves Cornwall and knows the commercial property market inside out. He prides himself on giving clients clear, honest, expert advice and puts his clients needs at the heart of everything he does.
Matt is a keen golfer, ale drinker and a passionate supporter of Plymouth Argyle. He lives with his wife and three young children just outside Truro.
